David is responsible for the overall management of the Spatial Services team. David has been with Tonkin Consulting for 24 years and he has been involved with the delivery of many large, high-level spatial projects. Through extensive industry involvement, David has developed specialist skills in spatial information technologies and associated disciplines. David has been at the forefront of many GIS solutions in South Australia in a broad range of projects including Commercial, State and Local Government sectors.

Technical Manager – Spatial

Malcolm over-see’s the technical requirements for the Spatial Services team. With over 30 years experience in the IT industry, a background in GIS and surveying he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Malcolm has developed a Hosted and Managed Service platform to enable Tonkin Consulting to host and manage both spatial and asset data for Local Government.

Spatial Account Manager

Morgan’s primary role is to educate our clients on the benefits of spatial technology within South Australia. Morgan has over 8 years experience working on GIS projects within the Private and Local Government sectors. His technical background allows him to demonstrate practical ways that GIS can be utilised to solve complex spatial information challenges and aid business management decisions.
